It's pretty hard to get what you mean, but I think you want a remote sql connection? You should use VNC or RDP & then install navicat. This way you can connect to localhost. (phpmyadmin would do the job too, but in my oppinion it's too slow) if you're on linux you should use phpmyadmin or the...
