Ran into an issue where the quest to kick off Pandaria starts with The King's Command but you cant turn it in. If you talk to the Admiral she does nothing and theres no open portal over by the Pandarians in Stormwind.

Same issue here, I tried lowering Playerbot count and running an SQL flush daily as well as a server restart daily, but still seems to randomly hit. I did notice once right before a crash a lot of the playerbots generating massive map issues so not sure if thats causing something.
