Is there a script I can use to reset mail to default?

After installing v13 non of my players can use mail system not even my admin account. You hit send and nothing happens. Can we get a fix for this asap.

in the worgen starting zone once you ride the carriage to the swamp and kill the crocodiles after turning in that quest it just stops. no more quests to continue the chain. is there a way i can fix this?
