[3.3.5] Working Honorbuddy - WOTLK - WoW 3.3.5 Honorbuddy

I have windows 10 ltsc
one install hb launcher works perfect but IOT needed a minor tweak
### FIX 1: Disable DEP for WoW.exe (Most Likely Fix)
**Step 1** - Open Command Prompt as Administrator:
```cmd
bcdedit /set nx AlwaysOff
restarted and it worked on both win 10
iot goes to 2031
