[Location, Faction, Race]Western Plaguelands, Horde, Troll [Problem Description] Koltira is supposed to spawn and have a talk with Sylvanas but nothing happens. Quest might not be scripted. [How it should work] Koltira should spawn and talk to Sylvanas, afterwards the player gets the credit.
