Quest Name: Shrimpin' Ain't Easy

Quest giver: Old Man Barlo - Outside Shattrath near the lake.
Supposed to fish up item id: 35313 which is a Bloated Barbed Gill Trout, then open it and get the shrimp.
Currently I only seem to fish up Barbed Gill Trout which does show a tooltip for the Quest. However that isnt the right item. I have made sure I am fishing in the right areas and tried for quite a while.
Only way to complete it is to give myself the item and open for the shrimp.
