I am just feeling like "Herbert" today at work .... so i wanted to share this nice organigram of most companys i know ....

So many middle managers are finding out that they are not really necessary as the pandemic has so many people working at how just fine without them.

I am a happy now that I am working at a smaller place where I only have to report to the owner. Before though, I was a Herbert with five supervisors, three assistant managers, and a micro management crazed general manager who was always upset that nothing ever seemed to get done.

CoatRack put it to the point: The pandemic situation shows clearly, that most of the "Middle-Indian-Chiefs" are absolute obsolete, while the "Indians" do their work....

Today is Friday, so lets think about the nice weekend to come...
