How to get into dungeons in the free version ?

So i was testing the repack before i decide to go vip and wanted to ask does the free version allow u to get into dungeons or raids instant or do u have to go to the intrence of the dung / raid ? And does it scale to how many players in it or i have to get the vip to play with bots to access them ? Thank u so much for ur time please help
