[Quest] Eastern Plagueland storyline breaks

• [Name, Type] Fiora, NPC | Eastern Plaguelands main questline
• [Problem Description] Eventually around Light's shield tower the fiora questline breaks because all the npcs just disappear and are not in the position they are supposed to be, you can not ride fiora's caravan to Eastwall Tower so you can not progress in the storyline
• [How it should work] Should be able to ride Fiora's Caravan and the npcs are supposed to stay with Fiora I believe but instead they scatter around the map
