Setup new server

I've looked everywhere but found nothing.

Where can I find how to setup a server from scratch ? I've already downloaded all necessary files.

Do I have to use the manual from TrinityCore ?

Are you trying to compile a server or use a repack?

I keep having an issue where I login with admin admin and then it gets stuck at the connected. I check my world server and it gives me a malformed packet error... I'm using the right client 4.3.4 (15595) not sure what to do....
