Making Angelic Feather on 4.3.4?

Is it possible to add this spell to priest spellbook on 4.3.4?

You mean the spell from Mists of Pandaria and adding it to 4.3.4?
That'd require a lot of edits, but it would be possible most likely.

When you say alot of edits, you mean that it's hard to create as well? Or just time consuming.

I'm guessing a little bit of both, i haven't done it myself but i'm guessing it's done trough DBC's.

I believe you would need to edit the dbcs as Ayiko said, and you will have to use a custom patch for sure. The thing is that you most likely have to remake the spell from scratch.
