Couple of bugs in Ashenvale

[Name, Type] Rescue the Fallen, Quest (13613)
[What it does] Quest item [Medicated Salve] is usable, but does not give credit to player when used on "Wounded Mor'shan Defenders".
[What it should do] Give credit to player as [Medicated Salve] is used on "Wounded Mor'shan Defenders".

[Name, Type] Gorat's Vengeance, Quest (13621)
[What it does] Quest item [Gorat's Imbued Blood] does not revive Gorat when used on his corpse.
[What it should do] [Gorat's Imbued Blood] should revive Gorat and he should lead you to Captain Elindilad (Captain Elindilad does not spawn, my speculation is that he spawns only after Gorat's revival).

[Name, Type] Got Wood?, Quest (13628)
[What it does] Kadrak only gives the player a standard response when spoken to.
[What it should do] Kadrak should give the player the "reins to Brutusk", allowing the player to continue the questline.

[Name, Type] Gorka, NPC (33421)
[What it does] Missing at Warsong Labor Camp in Ashenvale.
[What it should do] Available for questline.

[What it does] Hostile to Horde players
[What it should do] Friendly to Horde players

[Name, Type] Small Hands, Short Fuse, Quest (13944)
[What it does] Quest item [Tweedle's Improvised Explosive] does nothing when used on the broken down cart.
[What it should do] When used, [Tweedle's Improvised Explosive] should cause the broken down cart to explode.

[Name, Type] Blastranaar, Quest (13947)
[What it does] When spoken to, Wind Rider Master Thraka only gives the player the standard flight map.
[What it should do] Wind Rider Master Thraka should send you riding above Hellscream's Watch to bomb filthy elves.

[Name, Type] Hot Lava, Quest (13880)
[What it does] Quest item [Gift of the Earth] does nothing when used.
[What it should do] When used on or near Lava Fissures, [Gift of the Earth] should cause them to close.

This has been fixed now (will work in v.6) and the phases have been scripted properly.
