Been 4 weeks now and still have no idea where i download the Cata Vip repack i have paid for, have the licence, but where is the Pack download?

Why is it so difficult to go from "Thanks for your payment" to " here is your download" ?
There is nothing in my account info to say i have purchased anything, the vip section says i can still get the other two packs but all i want is the download for what i purchased!
