I think AHbot is still need for every private server coz nobody want to dig everythings for some item.

believe that is coming in V3 ... not sure on release date .. avail for vip members now but no idea of the updates that are in v3 .. pewz is busy with school I think but I know the playerbot is in v3 but not sure on ahbot

AHbot is fantastic.

I've used it in different repacks.
I think it help with the emersion into the game, it gives a sense that there are more people out there then just yourself etc

Seems like development has stalled ... vanier is in testing and available for vip but no update from the devs even after asking how it is going

Yes, it was implemented. I'm not sure what version specifically, though.
If you just want a functioning auction-house, then the server's auction house is already working, however if you mean you want an auction house as if other people were online, then yes that was also added, and requires a bit of changing in the settings.
It's in the worldserver.conf file, search in there for either "auction house" or "AHBot" etc, similar things like that and you'll find the settings.
