I am trying to run the Stratholme instance and I cannot seem to get the doors to the slaughterhouse where Ramstein and Baron Rivendare are located. Any thoughts?

Is it possible to kick off world events using the Emucoach repacks? I'm thinking things along the lines of the gate of Ahn'qiraj, or the zombie infestation prior to Wrath, etc....
