V13 - Quest Progression/Vehicle - To the Rescue - Mor'shan Ramparts

[Name, Type] Vehicle Brutusk, Vehicle Stops as does Quest Progression
[Problem Description] Quest To the Rescue (ID 13712) Cannot be Completed because Brutusk ride from Morshan Ramparts to break siege at Splintertree Post stops halfway, then eventually disappears.
[How it should work] Brutusk should take you all the way to Splintertree Post and break the siege there moving quest to complete stage.

For V14, I've hack-fixed the quest by completing and teleporting upon clicking on the gossip. It's a temp fix to functional properly, since the blizzlike event for it is not ready to be scripted yet.
This means that the quest is now complete-able.
