speel editing on cataclysm ( cooldown, energy cost, spell effect) ? and any app ?

Hi,

I couldn`t find any application to change spell editing. Or I couldn`t find in MySQL sections. I didn`t`t understand which columns about cooldown or energy cost in MySQL spell sections ?

If anyone knows easy method or any program about spell editing, help me please

(I tried "Spell Editor" for 3.3.5 but i couldn`t run for 4.3.4. )

( I create wrong directions, I wouldlike to open this topic in "GENERALS". Sorry about that )

You can use this DBC editor:

Unfortunately I do not have specific information on what to edit, but I'm guessing it's either in spell.dbc or spelleffect.dbc
