Quest Bug - Trolling for Information

[Name, Type] Apprentice Soren, Dun Morogh, Quest
[What it does] Grants a quest to listen to three Soothsayers for information.
[What it should do] After listening to each Soothsayer, it should tick that respective part of the quest off. Currently it doesn't, the Soothsayers will just keep saying their quest dialog without progress.

In addition, merely clicking that quest topic gives the quest, without clicking Accept/Refuse. Even if you close the chat dialogue it's still given you the quest.
