This contains S15 Conquest & Grievous vendors with 2 sql files to insert in to database.

there is a SQL Error in "S15 honor and conquest Npcs" because "faction_A" and "faction_H" are not exists there is only a "faction" column
SQL Error (1054): Unknown column 'faction_A' in 'field list'
tested with the latest EC MoP Repack
