HP/DMG NPC RATES

Hello, dear friends. Is there are any way to make npc hp/dmg/magicdmg x3 ? if i change rates it's change rates of summonned creatures and hunter's pets. Could somebody help ?

So u want to change stats on a beast that someone can tame? Why just not make diff ID of X creature then remove the tame factor and increase stats.
