Just finished the Hinterlands quests and here's the full list of issues I found with a full Alliance play through:
1. People fighting tend to die quickly on one side or the other where alliance and horde NPCs are fighting.
2. Sharpbeak at the top of Jinith Alor does not carry you down when you click him. A new sharpbeak is created and instead flies down on his own.
3. The phasing for the Quel'Danil Lodge is clearly not implemented as in retail the fighting doesn't start until the initial quest leading there is turned in.
4. Loot and drop tables for Hinterlands are clearly still based on pre-Cataclysm drop rates and zone levels, with level 40+ weapons and gear being dropped regularly.
