just a couple we have noticed so far

Return to caregiver Chellan is broke also the flight path is completely wrong in exodar will post more if we find more as we get through there area

The priest training "Heal the injured in the crash site" quest does not work. Also the Water Elemental for the mage does not attack or defend.

the proffesion trainer tells where classes are not proff. when talking to guards also when in a group the quest tracker does not register when party members are gathering or killing

How does this get caused? I mean by targeting a specefic npc or?

no just random but seems to be in only draenei area
