CrossFaction BUG report

this is my report i hope its not to late to fix before v2!

- Orc model for an alliance toon in horde BG its another one, it is 21267 and it should be 37920

- Alliance and horde cant read the chat, you cant understand what they say

- When u die been a Horde, but u are an alliance, and u get kill by another real alliance your gear breaks and u need to repair (FIX THIS ASAP)
*example : "if im a Human/alliance and i play for Horde(BG), if a Human/alliance kill me in that BG mi gear breaks and it goes red and i need to repair (impossible to play).

- If u are an alliance and u play for Horde, when u cap a flag, u dont get the count for it 0/0 (just a visual bug Warsong)

We have decided to remove the crossfaction BG untill we got it working properly.

We found a lot of different issues, even when it was disabled.

And as we aim to be as blizzlike and clean as possible, we thought that was the best solution for now.

btw i need to ask, HOW CAN I MAKE THE BG START WITH MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE IN QUEUE?
I NEED TO CHANGE THIS FOR 5 O 6 IN QUEUE TO START THE BG!

You can change that in the battleground_template, "MinPlayersPerTeam" etc.

thanks ill confirm if it works in a few min.
before that do u know how can i do to fix that repair bug with crossfaction?
or how to make that people wont get their gear broke?

because im using crossfaction now and thats my only big problem, besides the other ones!
if u have a quick fix let me know!

About, that people can't talk to one another, isn't that editable in the worldconfig, or if you use rbac, you can add them permisson

thanks! ill try to look for that
but my biggest concern now is about the repair problem, their gear broke when they die, IS THERE AN OPTION SO THEY NEVER LOSE DURABILITY ON THEIR GEAR OR SOMETHING?

I think you can edit that in the core, or worldconfig, its been some months since I've been working so not completely sure, however you might want to wait until they have fixed it on the repack, hmm, I am sorry, that some of this might not be as a huge help but, try to locate it in the worldconfig

thats fine thanks anyways, but pewz says in the next repack they wont put the crossfaction option sooo ....

To change broken gear, go into Worldserver.conf ( should be where worldserver.exe, authserver.exe are in) open it

search for

#
# DurabilityLoss.OnDeath
# Description: Durability loss percentage on death.
# Default: 10

DurabilityLoss.OnDeath = 10

Change it to

#
# DurabilityLoss.OnDeath
# Description: Durability loss percentage on death.
# Default: 10

DurabilityLoss.OnDeath = 0

For chat between horde & alliance - (in worldserver.conf) / Also yeah you should disable the other durability configs too I suppose, if you wanted.

change to
