Cobalt, A TrinityCore Database Manger

Cobalt is a database manager for the TrinityCore emulator. Currently it is still early in development but I'd like to share the current version to those brave enough to test it. I'd really appreciate it if you would give any feedback and bug reports. Thanks

Requirements: .NET 4.5 and a 3.3.5a or 4.3.4 database.

- Added new UI visuals
- Added user input requirements to GM control and Account Administration.
- Added truncate account, account access, and account banned tables to Account Administration.
- Added an option to modify the realmlist table.

Account Manager:

• 
  Create Accounts Complete
  - Creates an account compatible with TrinityCore Emulators.
• Gamemaster Control Complete
  - Easily demote or promote gamemasters.
• Account Administration Complete
  - Ban and Un-Ban accounts.
• Database Administration Complete
  - Delete old un-unused accounts.
  - Backup the accounts database.
  - Optimize the accounts database.
• Advanced Account Edit Complete
  - Edit accounts in a grid view.

Character Manager:

• View Character Information Complete
  - View the characters name, class, race, level, gold, gender, and online status.
• Send Mail
  - Send mail to any character with items or gold attached.
• Character Settings
  - Change the starting locations.
  - Change starting gear.
• Character Administration
  - Mute and un-mute characters.
• Database Administration
  - Backup Database.
  - Optimize Database.

World Manager:

• Item Creator/Edit
• Quest Creator/Edit
• NPC Creator/Edit
• GameObject Creator/Edit
• Database Administration
  - Backup Database.
  - Optimize Database.
